Well I have been looking at this site for a while now. I love what you guys are doing with these bikes. I am not new to old bikes. I have been collecting and selling for around 7 years now. many have come and gone. I recenlty got this 1972 Schwinn for $30 Bucks at a near by Flea market. The only thing I really wanted was the Bendix Auto 2 Speed hub. This will be my 1st Automatic 2 speed hub. I was Very Excited when I saw the Yellow Stripes. I actually spotted them from across the lot. Anyone ever done a overhaul on one of these hubs?? The only Part that was not original on the bike was the seat. I made a Kick Back seat post and ripped the foam off the seat. Check out the Pics!!!

Yeah Your Right March of 1967. Had to pull the book out. The kick back is made from some old mini bike Ape hangers. Basicly the hand grip part is under the seat. I welded a Gusset and cut out a 1/8" strip and closed it in so it would slide into the frame. worked pretty good.

that fork looks bent outward pretty bad unless its the pics fooling me. I would check it for damage before riding it.

yeah they are bent a little. I have some springer ideas in the works. When I get some time those will come off anyway.
