Schwinn Paint Colors

Hi everyone, I'm restoring a Schwinn Starlet for my wife and want to paint it in the white and rose color. I was wondering, is Vintage Schwinn the only place to get paint in the exact color or is there any other paint I can use. I want to do a good restore but I'm finding it a hard pill to swallow at $24.00 a can plus $8-12.00 shipping. I'm sure it's the right colors but if there is another way (cheaper) way I would rather do that. Thanks

If you have a sample of the paint, find a local automotive paint store and have them mix a color that is close and also buy the primer from them, they can put it in a spray can for you. The cans from automotive paint shops cost about 12.00 bucks. And your shopping locally.
