Schwinn I'm looking at

I could use some help identifying a Schwinn. Add says dad bought it 20 years ago. Not sure if Schwinn was doing Re-pops then.
The I.D. number he sent me is TY80100737. From what I found is this serial number is not a Chicago built bike. Any info is appreciated.

Yeah, there were a lot of balloon retro bikes made in the 1990's and I think early 2000's. This is a cool reproduction with a fairly valuable tank, the bike would be worth approx. $150-200.

That is really a nice looking bike regardless of when it was made, looks to be in great shape.
