Rollfast Kickstand Mount Question (Rollfast Expert?)

I'm working on a Rollfast Stroker 300. During disassembly I started taking off the kickstand and the mounting plate I thought was part of the frame was loose in the frame. I figured the welds broke. When I got it cleaned up I could not see any noticeable weld marks on the mount or the frame. There are grooves in the frame where the bracket rests and that's all. Is that the way they are or am I not seeing the welds? Input appreciated.

It kinda looks like spot welds that weren't very hot, and broke loose. I wouldn't expect them to make divots in the stays just for that. Maybe it was made on a Friday afternoon! -Adam
