I picked this up at a swap meet in atlanta and didnt know what to do with it. so i thought, how about a reverse steer bike that looks mostly original? I got a gear off an old forklift and had it cut into two so i would have a 1:1 ratio and cut the neck out of an old fork and put the gear on the bottom and extended the tiger for to accomodate the gear on the bottom of it. then i added another headset to the original headset with enough room for the gears to turn.

yeah, if you try to ride it you end up walking it most of the time or get two feet and fall over. i put some special needs 20inch training wheels on it so it was at least rideable but you can still turn it over with them on. the problem is balancing because when you turn you want to lean with the bars but you cant, you have to lean with the direction the wheel is turning.
