Actually I'm trying to loosen up some cables with PB Blast but I am still stuck. Just though I would get some input or tips thanks. :?

Changing cables is not hard. Most of the time you can replace just the inner wire. If they are rusty, then you might want to replace the housings also. PB blaster will probably work in the short term.
