Removing brake things

Should I just grind these off with an angle grinder ? Does anyone have any tips I never removed them and didn't want to make the situation worse....can I use jb weld to patch or is there something else....

An angle grinder with a cutting blade will do it. The main thing you have to watch out for (except wearing the usual safety attire) is cutting a hole in the tubes. That will cause a possible future breaking point. If that happens, weld it solid.

for the aluminum ones get a hacksaw then file it down, a grinder will cut to fast. the steel forks you can just cut off grind then file smooth
