rear axle kickstand

I just got my rear kickstand, the vintage looking kind from Bike World. I realize it can only go on one of two ways but things arent lining up like they should.I have tabs in the way. Some of the problem is the way the Murray dropouts come to a very sharp point. Before I take a grinder to the offending tabs could someone post a closeup pic. of one mounted ?

I'd be altering that aftermarket stand before I EVER thought of cutting an original frame to make it fit.

that stand once mounted looks awsome but it is a pain to mount. one of my fellow hooligan club members has that stand on his bike and he said it took some fab to make it work right. i will try to get some pics of his bike and post them in the gallery.
