Hi all,
Just purchased a womens Raleigh 3 speed Colt.
Bought it with the intention of parting it out for my rat project, but when I got there, wow!
Not really my kind of bike but maybe too nice to part out. The only flaw I see is some one added a rear carrier to it and the spring clip dented the rear fender. The chrome is in great shape and with a little cleaning it will look like a new bike. It is blue with full fenders front and rear with a huge rear reflector and a crome nose detail on the front, sorry no camera with me (I will post photos this evening).
The hub numbers are
USA 325768
GB 95309
Canada 70679
All Other Countries
It is an original 3 speed coaster hub.
The frame has only an A on it under the crank.
2 questions, what year is it and is it worth keeping together? The 3 speed hub and fenders would be a great addition to my project, which I plan on riding the 5 miles to work.
Thanks, and sorry for the lack of pics
