If I wasn't worried about your car catching fire everytime I get in it (really every time we've done bike related stuff it breaks I don't think it likes me) we'd be going on a road trip

It was in the shop last week, doesn't sound like there's a helicopter stuck in the wheel well anymore. Also has brakes again, which is helpful. C-dice is even driving it now, that's a good sign

I was going to use shark hide to protect the metal but that stuff is expensive so another trick I learned

You can also use GIBBS OIL. comes in a spray can.You can find it on amazon. Works like a dream.I did a bare metal bike about 7 years ago a still no rust. I wipe it down 1 or 2 times a year. Its not sticky .Doesn't smell and leaves no residue .Hope this helps

Here is how I did the blueing

Heat steal up

apply blueing solution let sit for min

Rinse with cold water most important it will turn to rust almost instantly whipe dry and apply wax

Do not dip your sponge in bottle spray little bit in container and dip sponge a little tiny bit will do did entire frame with less than 1.5 ounces do not mix sponges and use clean water every time. Rinse really well

The hammered fenders look great, bars look super comfortable. Finally getting the parts is way cooler than a refund

Got them stem in waiting for a new blot and installed fender.
