i'm working on a schwinn breeze for my wife and she really likes the stripped/polished look on several of the rrbo6 bikes. i was wondering if anyone had any tips on the polishing side of that, what is the best way to go about it?

any input would be appreciated

not sure the steel bikes your looking at are polished.. but a 7 or 8" sewn cotton wheel is hard to beat for doing large pieces. I have one i stick on my grinder with the guard removed, but a real pedestal unit would be ideal..

I have a 4" one for my die grinder as well. it gets the odd places, but its SLOW compared to the big one...

sweet thanks. the bikes i was thinking of were like aluminati plus one or two others. i realize aluminati was aluminum and not steel, but surely i can get similar result, right?
