pin striping/coating plastic??

i have some black plastic mags that i am considering having pinstriped w/ the frame and fork, is pinstriping on plastic do-able?

i was also considering using a clear coat (or whatever clear-coat type product is applicable to plastic) to give 'em a shiny look, anyone ever done this?

hey eddie,
as far as making plastic glossy...WD40 or tire shine will make plastic shiny.

good advice, but i was thinking of doing something that wouldnt come off as easy. the frame and fork will be painted w/ high gloss enamel then clear coated, that'll make the mags look kinda dull by comparison.

sure you can stripe on plastic however if you do clear over one shot paint becareful what clear you use. one shot makes a special clear that will not affect the paint.
