Came accross an ad on my local CL of a Phillips Cantilever frame rat. The frame is the only thing original about it.
Perfect find for me though, I am a british bicycle kind of person and have been wanting a british rat that can fit in with the cruiser type bicycles around where I live. As a plus it is a Phillips (my favorite bike I have is a Phillips).

I took the face off of the chainring, lowered the seat and flipped the handlebars. I am going to do more to it (like get it a new rear hub and pedals first) but this was all I could do with all the shops closed.
