Old Monark (?) Frame - need help!

At first, I thought "so that's how my frame was built up.." then I clicked on the build thread-2014! Ah, not so, but a virtual twin, down to the funky red spray bomb finish!!!

Mine's not a spray bomb finish though. It's a pretty old and crackled red house paint finish. Probably back in the 50s or so.

i was informed that my frame is a hp snyder built frame since the down tube goes into the bottom bracket instead of ubderneath to form the chain stays.
