That bike is in great shape, no dents in the fenders and nothing looks pitted.

yes the bike was in very good condition i was able to spend very little time on it this morning and took it out for a spin,I'm thinking its around 1936

Different bike. The "V-Series" bikes have a much bigger gap between the top tubes than the more standard motobike style frames.
