newbe little tweaker

hi all
iv bin floating round here for a while now and thought its about time to get a project under way . so i had my orders off the love of my life today , start the painting , finish the on suit bathroom , walk the dogs ... but i had other ideas :lol:
i picked one of these up couple of days ago for $20 bucks

so i wanted to make it bigger so i could ride it , and wanted to put 24 inch wheels on it

no where near finished but would like your thoughts ? and any help or ideas
