I have already made a few posts, but better late than never right? I am here because my 10yo girl had her black friday krate stolen from our front porch about a week ago. First, I agreed to buy Slick's bike "Fantasy" from the classifieds and sent payment. Next, I decided to build another krate in the event she is still hung up on them so I am hanging around enjoying the site and gathering more parts for the krate build. Great site guys.

I appreciate that. I live in Topeka so Wichita would be a bit of a stretch for me. I have one bike coming, and I am gathering parts to assemble another Krate knockoff. So far I have the grape frame, fenders, crank, sproket and bearings tires and rims, handlebars, gooseneck, seatpost and vintage 4' sissy bar. I will yet need the chrome springer, chainguard and chain, peddles and saddle to complete the build.

This was a hard loss for my girl so I will not stop till I have her riding high on another Krate knockoff. Thanks for the kind words guys.

Absolutely, I loved that movie. I have been accused of having similarities with the actor (with good reason) so it just seems a natural title to me. :mrgreen:
