OK so here is what I have to start with. this was given to me in the condition you see it in. I have not tried to ride it as it needs new tires and tubes but from what I am told the maker of this bike was able to ride it. What do you see that I should change to make it a better ride as I will be using it in parades and stuff like that. Thanks for the help.
