On Easter Sunday I spotted a pile of bikes and parts in a back lane dumpster, I hauled everything out and brought it home. So far this is what we've built out of that mess. A beautiful chrome (?) Next mountain bike, never seen one like this before. The seatpost defeated us though, nothing short of the second coming would move this baby. Pipe wrenches, blow torch to heat it up, we even turned it upside down with the seatpost in the vice and tried reefing the frame for better leverage, nothing at all. Its almost the right height for an average adult so I'll live with it :)

I have a new way of removing the poles, takes wheels off bike and clamp the pole in a vise, squishing it flat then twisting, I;vew had it work well, not sure about alloy though, should be easy to remove if alloy, that stuff hates high heats lol
