Hello,
My name is Flounder and Im addicted to kruddy old bikes.
Currently Im restoring a Worksman frontloader and altering '49 Murray.
I have been unsuccessful at locating someone to redo my brooks saddle.
Anybody got any info?
Also any pictures of old delivery trikes would be cool to see.

welcome flounder!

I was able to get some new life out of a krusty old brooks:

It was dry and cracked and had a torn nose. I soaked it in motor oil, threaded wire through the nose where it was torn, then wrapped it with burlap. This is what I ended up with:

Some would suggest (including late bike guru Sheldon Brown) using something more natural such as neatsfoot oil, and I recently picked up a bottle for about 8 bucks to test it out on a different saddle, but haven't soaked it yet.

Good luck!

Heres my krusty old brooks....I used mink oil
