Great conversion! That front fork is cool, is it stock? 8) :mrgreen:
 
Another old Raleigh kept rollin', (I dont mind when an 'average' bike gets upgraded; nice ones I'd probably have to keep mostly stock).
Now you are getting me thinking about my '68 (?) Triumph, in 'burgundy' that I have a 26" clincher wheelset with coasterbrake for.......your 'look' is about what I had in mind.
