My Dyno Tiki bike and suicide shifter

Howdy- I'm new to this forum, attached are a few pictures of my Dyno Tiki bike, I added the HBBC suicide shifter today, any thoughts if I should make any changes to the length of the shifter rod?

nice bike! length looks good to me. if anything, maybe a tad too short. but is it easy to reach for you? that's all that matters.
