Couldn't image who would be at the door.
Turns out to be my neighbor down the street who knows I mess with bikes.
They just came back from the family farm and he brought me this Ladies Schwinn.

All 3 gears are there, and the shifter finds them... sometimes.
I may need advice on freeing up this Shimano 3CC hub.

Is the rack on backwards?
.

I think the cable may be stretching. It actually has a knot tied in it. :D
I don't see any way to add oil to the hub?

He gave it to me, but we have an understannding that if I sell it I will share the profits.
I cleaned up a couple of bikes for him and sold them once before, same deal

Jerrykr..I dont know if you got my email..But I gave that trueing stand to a guy up the road from me a year a go....

Don't drip any oil in through the bell crank. Starting the late 70s Shimano started making "permanently" lubricated hubs and they're packed with grease - no oil port. This one also has a coaster brake in it so you probably do not want any light oil in there anyway.

Thank you ALL for the info.
I'll see if I can improve the shifter adjustment.
I only rode it briefly, as the front tire is leaking air pretty fast, so I did not "test" it all that much.

jaydub - thanks, I appreciate you getting back.
I guess I did not notice that your post was that old.
