Background;

I picked up a madwagon.com cruiser at a swap meet for cheap. Rims are currently black and tires are rotten so I need to get some new ones. I was thinking of spray painting the rims florescent neon green. I've got a brown leather Lepper Saddle (similar to brooks) that will go on it and came with ape hangers like the one in the pic.

i prefer 2. I find the whitewalls distracting in conjunction with the other colors.
