Hey!
I'm currently working on a bike for my girlfriend.
It started as a wreck that I scored at an auction at the local mainstation for just 17€. It turned out to be an old pre-war frame but I haven't found of which manufacturer. That's what it looked like:

After throwing away all unnecessary parts:

Back from the powder coater:

... and now after attaching some parts and pinstriping:

I hope to get it done till next weekend...

Parts I'm using:

- ladies frame '30ies or '40ies, wine red powder coated
- NSU-style handlebars
- black leather grips
- Electra Hawaii saddle
- wide cruiser fenders, wine red powder coated
- aluminum double-wall rims, powder coated and pinstriped
- Fat Franks
- rear hub: Sachs Torpedo H3111S 3-speed hub
- front hub: Sachs VT 5000 drum brake
- ...

Agree with peatbog. That is such a nice color! Can't wait to see it finished, I'm sure it will be great. Are you going to use the cream or black Franks?

That other bike behind it is looking good, too

Thanks! I'm using the black Franks because my girlfriend doesn't like the cream ones.

The bike in the back is my Porucho Indian boardtracker build. This one will also be finished soon.
