Hi all
I've just recently started a build that I really wanted to get in for the build off. But it looks like I wont get it completed by the dead line .
Well I've been a member of this Awesome site for a while now and have made a few post but mostly just sitting back in sheer awe of the insanely talented brethren on here. So I think it's about time I can hopefully contribute something back to this site.

Ok so the build is my first of this genre you would say. The base bike for this build is a Huffy Mambo from Big W Australia.

So the plan is to paint a clear black on every thing that is blue to give it the midnight blue effect*fingers crossed*.

This is the proposed tail lights I plan on going with. The idea is to mount the LED bullet license plate fasteners in the rail insert, of a set of curtain rod holders. I have already drilled holes through the inside so I can hide the wires.

This fork took me the better part of a year to find in my area of Queensland and I live in a beach cruiser predominant city, huh go think.

First mock up. Since this pic was taken I cut down the steer tube on the fork to give the bars a lower line. Still need to make the seat cover.

So there you have it for now. The other things I need to do are acquire more parts for one, fabricate a horn tank, wiring, paint and ect.

Thank you for reading this post and i hope to here from you i look forword to your replys, critic and advise.

Josh

PS Sorry for some of the blurry photos.

Re: (Midnight *somthing*)I have options

Thank you for the replies.

So today I was thinking handle bars? Now I have a few sets just sitting around doing nothing but collecting dust, so a change of prospective was in order.

My haul form last years Pushies Galore Swap meet, I think I will be going with the chrome Chain guard.

I also have a few other options here some were. But the swap is on again this weekend so hopefully I will find some more stuff for this build and others.

So there you have it not really much progress but a heading more so

Thanks for reading
