How do you all measure ape hangers? I flip them over and hold them upright as they rest on the floor, then I measure from the floor to the middle of the mounting bump.
I ask because I need a set of 13.5 V-shaped bars for a Huffy. I bought a set on Ebay that advertised at 13.5". I got them a couple minutes ago and they measured 11.5". So now I have to request a refund for the bars being advertised incorrectly. But I'm going to guess the seller will argue that he measured up the side of the bar itself which probably measures 13.5".
