Re: LocoJoe's Most Recent Ride (Hoover Dam & Candy Mountain)

Luke knows of what he speaks! ^+1

The Utah yellow stripe guy must have had a couple too many? :D :D

Beautiful Fall color!

Question: where do you find all these trails? Is there a book or .........?

Re: LocoJoe's Most Recent Ride (Hoover Dam & Candy Mountain)

These are great photos and videos Randy & Nova. You just make me want to retire even more so we could go ride the country trails.

Re: LocoJoe's Most Recent Ride (Hoover Dam & Candy Mountain)

Nova is still working. Somebody has to fund these trips

Thanks Randy.

That Rocket pack is awesome.
Dangratsdan has plans to jump the Arkansas river with the bike and jetpack. He jumps up and down for a few minutes, then rides toward the river reaching 15mph when he then pushes a big button on the front of the pack which will pop open the Fat Tire beers in the pack and propel him to a speed unknown and carry him across the river. Or something like that.

Another dhot of Dan

Hope his parachute works - ala - Evel Knievel's canyon jump! :D :D
Very good costume.

Re: LocoJoe's Most Recent Ride (Toys For Tots)

Jerry, Dan never mentioned a parachute. I guess failure is not an option :D Also... just minutes before I snapped the pic of Dan, he was an organ playing Phantom Of The opera.

Re: LocoJoe's Most Recent Ride (Group Ride)

On short notice I announced a club ride for yesterday but just 65rat and myself showed. We rode about 24 miles. We watched the Veterans Day parade and flyover, ate lunch, visited the skate park, stopped at a local bike shop and watched RC planes.

Re: LocoJoe's Most Recent Ride (Veterans Day)

Today my Dad and I rode to the Veteran's Memorial Park which is a really nice park with many monuments dedicated to those that served in the various branches of the military during wartime.

On our way there riding past Exploration Place.

My Dad is an Army veteran and served in Korea a couple of years after the Korean war. This map is just part of a larger monument on just the Korean war alone.
