I built this back in the mid 80's. It's not a truck but it is a 4x4!

This is from the day of the Super blizzard we got up here in WI. I was one of the only vehicles on the road.

Plans are to get a 6" lift and 35's, remove running boards, fix rust, and make awesome. BUT that all depends on if gas prices over go down... :?

After a ten year love affair had to let her go  My 1969 f-250 short bed crew cab (very hard to find) 6'' lift , 428 thunderjet bigblock, c-6 auto with b&m speed shift, 4x4 351 gears, dual exhaust magnum flows ,custom flat bed.., really miss her

I'm totally jealous right now! I've got an 05 Dakota quad cab and want to lift mine too. Looks great, what size wheels and tires did you go with?

I had one of those, but mine was more beat up. The spare tire makes a great wheelie bar.....lol. Had it save my bacon a few times.

My '88 Jeep Cherokee, just finished up the 3" Rough Country lift, haven't had a chance to test it out.

But I do wheel with it, stock, right after I cut a tire on a rocky trail

Took the Jeep out yesterday to test out the new suspension, it worked great, played in some mud and deep water, some rocks, a little hill climbing, and some trail riding, it chugged on through everything. Spending a day in 4 lo is as good as a day on a bike for me. Though either way the clean up sucks, I like to play off the beaten path.....

My 99 TJ. 4.0L unfortunately makes it set in the driveway until we head to the outerbanks NC. Great fun to go to the beach and see the wild horses.

I still miss my '87 Toyota king cab. 3 inch lift, 33" tires, locker in the rear, snorkel kit, and a k&n filter... Other than that bone stock with the bulletproof 22r engine. I was out wheeling it one day and the rusted frame rails broke right between the cab and bed. I ended up welding it back together with two car batteries, jumper cables, and a coat hanger...made it back to camp and made it home but broke again a week later. Not bad for a bush fix.

My 2000 Tacoma frame was rusted thru in the same spot. Toyota I bought my truck back from me for $3000 more than I paid for it five years after I bought it. Took the 13,000 And bought a s2000 only thing it's hard to haul the bikes around with that.
