Tough job! But it's got to get ugly before it gets nice!
Wouldn't you rather take of the cranks? I'd think they're in the way...
But if they don't bother you, I said nothing
I will take the cranks off. I started to strip it just for trying. I don't have all that i need to strip it good. Tomorow i'll have it all so i will finish the strip and sand the all frame (without the cranks)
Thx for the tips
Last Week I went at daddy and grand'ma holiday's home to have some time to Diy.
A friend of mine have his home in the same village. He gave me some help to weld some parts on my bike.
I started to (practically) finish the sanding.
And after I went to Punker rider's place to start the frame's modifications.
We prepared it
And then, we welded it
To finish, we file the all.
Next level will be the bondo making. Here is the very first step
I will prepare it with a primary paint and after, I will paint my bike in a lemon green.
I will also make two cushions in a leopard tissue to wear the two side of the tank place.
Wow! Very nice job. The paint is so much like candy that I want to take a bite. I love the Leo theme. It comes together perfectly. Fantastique mon ami
