late phantom broke my "never pay more than $50 a bike" rule

I got this to flip. i didn't break the rule on it.

1973 Varsity all original and complete... not bad shape. it should clean up very well and lessen the blow of the rule breaker.

here's the rule breaker. 1959 Phantom, lacking a bit in originality... but most are. not terrible shape, but not a peach either. any ideas what that rack came off of?

That bike was well worth the rule breaker , looks sweet but needs different bars for sure IMO.
