Looks to have been pinstripe tapped at some point.

The manifold decals are barely holding on.

In all seriousness, a little elbow grease (mixed with 0000 steel wool and WD-40) topped with a coat of boiled linseed oil and would be a 'patina dream'

I'm thinking that if I take the pinstripe tape off nicer less sun baked paint would be under there. That would make for a cool effect.

Might use as a build off bike if it doesn't sell.
