Is this a Schwinn?

If not any ideas what it is? Have built it for a friend's wife for Xmas but I have no idea what the frames and forks are.

Hmmm, doesn't help that the only camera I have is a fisheye, distorts the proportions. :lol:

Look for #/letter/markings on bottom bracket, dropouts, and (unlikely) steering head. :|
