ID this bike

So I've had this bike for several years and have never been able to figure out who made the thing. I've checked at vintage BMX boards, vitnage mtb boards and even folks like Mert Lawwill. No luck.

It's a classic frame w looptail, champion bar and double top tubes. I've seen pics of others, but never with stickers!! Help. Thanks!

It looks similar to a full bore. Not exact but mabe the same builder.

I actually emailed Mert Lawill 2x to ask him about the frame; he says it's not one of his.
