Thats a good question..I know the seat didn't :roll: The frame had 7 Coates of paint....The last coat of green reminds me of the green they used to paint park tables and benches at play grounds.....Their is a number on frame where the seat post goes in....#8549... The bike definitely was scabbed together..? Even the rear fender was adapted to fit . I will post fender pictures tomorrow. Thats why I love to go to the Landfill ..Good thing I have an extended GMC Van !

Those straight rear dropouts would lead me to think German or Czech made... ~Adam
