I.D. this bike for me please??

Guy said it was a B4? Don't know what that is. Couldn't look at it up close. Very low to the ground.

The picture gives little to go with, other than the rear rack. If someone can ID it, I'd be impressed. Can you get another pic, showing the chain ring, tank, and possible headbadge.

It was at a bike shop in Lafayette and it was in their work area back there so I didn't venture in. The bike on the left is like a 26" mountain bike and the one on the right is a kids' BMX so the green one was pretty low slung to the ground. He just said it was a B4, whatever that is?
