I'm building a bike and it's going to be dirty, rusty, crusty and ratty. But , the only rear tire that will do is a Felt Berm Master. I have one on the way. I have to make it look old. Oldish anyway. I'm going to scuff off the lettering, not all the way. And I'm going to try to grind down the tread, maybe with a 60 grit disc on my angle grinder, against the spinning tire, with a light touch.

So, any ideas?

Thanks.

Send it to Phoenix for a summer. It will be cracked , bleached out and hard. :D
Rub some brake dust on it, then don't ever wash it.
