His and Hers? What are they?

Someone messaged me these photos of a couple bikes.
He has no info on them but wants to know what I would pay.
I told him I was only interested in the Men's bike and would pay about $40-$50 for it.
I am not really interested in the women's bike.

Is the Boy's bike a Schwinn or?

Is the women's bike worth picking up?

Boys looks Schwinn to me.
The girls is definitely CWC with those curved braces on gothic peaked fenders. Some other cool parts on it too. Kickstand, halfmoon bars, etc

If it helps, as far as the part out value of that CWC here is what I have gotten recently
$50 wheels
$60 fenders
$35 chainguard
$50 skiptooth chain

I'd bet that's an early 50's Hornet frame. Unless the kickstand tube was damaged and removed, that frame doesn't look like it had the welded on kickstand. They made some Hornets in the 50's that took the bolt on kickstand. Rack is from another bike. Gary
