I gave this frame to a buddy of mine to put 24's on for his girlfriend ten years ago , after sitting in the rain for a decade he returned it.

It's going back to a 26".... coaster.

Hard work done... cant decide on a finish.. clear over raw? rusty? or I'm thinking I'll just do white and let people collectively sharpie it at the bar..

Those steel mtb frames are tough as the dickens. That'l be a nice rigid with the bmx look.

Got the forks painted and primed the frame.. My pal Zack went to town when he shaved it, so I gotta do some body work before its shiny.. =P

Finally got the wheels done and my new fork die showed up today.. (still can't believe I lost the last one.) Just gotta do the bodywork and get the frame sprayed..

I love these early Giant high end frames, they are full chromoly and easy to find in all sorts of frame sizes. All the Schwinn's had their once patented safety horizontal drops. Add a decent pair of straight legs and they are awesome cruisers! The Japanese ones are even better but harder to find...
