Heres a quick update-I am polshing the rust pitted bare frame.Not done yet.

My original idea for a slick paintjob got shot down when I realized how bad the frame was.Decided to go bare metal but I wanted to find a way I havent seen before so I came up with a way to (rotary abrasive polish) it,for lack of a better term and its my sneaky way of hiding I am using a common tool LOL.

Eithe looks fine on a bare metal frame with nothing else attached. This is kind of like one of those wack word problems they gave you in school as a kid:

A) Whitewall Fatti-Os
B) Walmart creme 2.35s
C) Not enough information

It's answer "C" until I see more.

I'm diggin the Fatti-O, for me, if it looks like it shouldn't work, the cooler it looks! But, they both look good! 8)

I also like the "whatever it is!" :lol:

The run down on what I did today is:
Finished the frame polish and cleared it.
Re assembled the fork with a handmade mount for a Delta headlight out of an old mudflap.
Installed a schwinn headset for the sweet schwinn chrome.
repacked the rear hub.
scrubbed two rusty wheels.
Tried some rubber out.
Cut apart a pewter teapot for the awesome pointy handle and slapped it on the frame!!!!!!

If I did anything more I forgot---Im getting old ya know!!

This bike just gets better by the minute :shock: Is that a coat hook :?: All I know is that it would make a wicked fender bracket over that Fatti-O 8) 8)

Its a handle from a pewter teapot.Sounds dumb I know,but it just flat looked cool so I cut it off lol!
