Hi all, i need some help, i´m rebuilding my sons stingray, and i'we stumbeled across a small problem, so far i have managed to get a 3 speed coaster brake hub located between the crank and the rear wheel, i have attached a spocket to the flange of the hub, attached both chains, and it works great.. now my next problem is this, how do i ( easily )make the original freehub fixed, both so it wont spin as it´s supposed to, but also how i keep it from going loose when i apply the brake from the coaster hub.. does any of you know if the rear hub is made of steel?? in that case i could just weld it..

any ideas are wellcome

It probably is steel so you can just weld the part of the freewheel with teeth to the rest of the freewheel then just weld that part on to the hub. I've done that before a couple of times and it's always worked great.

thanx guys, i´ll crank up the welder..will post a few pics once im done..
