I've been lurking here for at least a couple months now. I was able to get back into riding in August after multiple health issues including getting a pace maker. It's been years, but wasn't too hard to start again. I now ride 2 or 3 times a week, anywhere from 4 miles to 25 depending on time. I ride an old Huffy Westpoint most of the time. I've changed and added a few things to it. I also have a Murry Baja to ride in the snow. I've found I'm most interested in older bikes, and don't care for stock restorations. This forum and the members here seem to be of a like mindset. I"m searching for an old 26" cruiser frame to build.

Here's a late welcome from Lancaster, OH. It's cool you're in Shelby! My parents & grandparents were from there. In fact, my grandfather was the factory manager at Shelby Bicycle back in the late 30s. Did you ever locate an old frame?
