I've had this one for a while and it just hung in the garage because the tires are old and the wheels needed to be gone over. That and the bike wasn't very comfortable in this configuration.

Today the weather was crazy nice here in Texas (80s with a cool breeze) so I pulled the bike down and threw on a set of new Electra wheels that I took in trade a couple of months ago. Nexus 3 speed coaster rear hub and a SA drum brake up front.

The bike rides nice now, but the seat has got to go. It feels like you're riding around on a frying pan. :shock:

Found a better seat in one of my parts tubs...

Also added a little RRB bling...

Not sure what else I'll do besides ride it now. :mrgreen:
