I'm looking for springer seat ideas. I've got a few seats that I believe are from exercise bikes that I'd like to turn into springers. Whatcha got? Tom

i didn't really make the springer or seat, but here is where i took an excercise bike seat and put the springer from another seat on it.

i was really working on the backrest part primarily, but the springer part is easy if you can get the padding off and on the excercise seat without messing it up. just a matter of disassembling both seats and putting springer workings on the excercise seat. one seat or the other may have rivets, but just drill them out, use 1/4" 20 hardware and you're good to go.
