Got bored on lunch brake today

The truss rod holder on my CWC Roadmaster had one of the ears broken off so I programed one of the CNC turrets at work yesterday to punch out a couple new ones. Made a couple out of 12 ga stainless and cold rolled.

Need a little clean up and they should fit.

Maybe you could add this to my thread on truss rod brackets. There are a lot more truss rods out there than there are brackets...I'm just sayin'..

I need a CNC, that is a pretty truss mount, I'm making some truss rods for my tandem and the making of the top mount has been haunting me, something like that would be a snap!

I need to put a spot of weld in the top middle where it fits into the key way so it does not turn on the head tube.


Made a couple extra. They need to be deburred, the ends need to be twisted to meet the truss rods and the spot of weld needs to be put in.
