Getting into the SWING of things

My swing bike just had one too many back yard paint jobs.I am taking it to bare metal and Head badge says Swing Bike. Under the crank #3-801-130 BREV SERIAL#010065 Anyone have any info ?

Pics would be better. I think the serial number should have an "A" or "O" in it if I remember correctly. O bikes are the later frames made by a company called Dodsun.
