Hi everyone. I just got into the hobby and will be restoring a 1960 Columbia 61 Special as my first project.

What works best having a bike professionally painted or going DIY? Anyone know the average cost to have someone strip and paint?

it all depends on how many colors and the brand of paint plus the condition of the frame
