I think it's a '61. No tank, and it's not all original, but the price was right and the parts he used are nice. I've never really been a fan of apes, but after zipping around the flea market on this bad boy I'm hooked 
Swapped the fork - it looked like it was bent back just a tad, and when I took it off, the steer tube had a bulge from the wedge that rusted through. Probably could have ran it anyway, but I decided to swap it out with a different one I had laying around. It came with the original fenders. The front was pretty jacked, but I'll probably just bob the rear one and call it good anyway. Just trying to decide what route I want to go with paint - I was going to leave it ratty, but since the new fork is a slightly different shade of green I might just do the standard flat-black and lay down some pin striping for that "classic" look.
