Firestone Speed Chief???

Hey Guys!

Wondering if any of you have heard or know any information about model of bike? Is it a legit name? I can't seem to find any information on it through the web... but I'm new to the bike stuff so it might be listed somewhere I don't know about (Google searches didn't give any help). A guy is selling one that he is certain is a 50's Firestone Speed Chief on eBay and I really have been looking for a frame like this to start on. Just kinda don't want to get jipped and find out these are easy to find... Any info helps! Thanks!

He says it has an ID tag on the right rear dropout and shows this -

It is a 60s era middleweight bike, probably made by Monark and badged as a Firestone not super rare. It looks like it has a decent wheelset. The frame probably won't allow the use of real fat tires.

This is a Firestone I just got last weekend from The flying dingo. I don't know much about them other than they were sold through Firestone dealers.
