I started out with this mtb

then i changed a few things but it was not riding well due to the old bearings

after a few weeks i found some time to improve it so changed bearings, pedals (temporary), new handle bars and new tires (fat franks)

But i still had a rear wheel with 7 speeds on it and I whanted a single speed with coaster break,so i went to a 2hand shop and bought a 26" wheel with coaster break and internal 3speed. Back home I tried to put the tires on this "new" wheel but it did not match :( later i found out that a MTB 26" wheel is not the same as a road bike 26" wheel and the fat franks fit only on the MTB wheel.
Now i stripped the paint of old MTB wheel and thook the spokes out.
Hoping to find new spokes who will fix the new axel to the rim

now i still need to fix a bended saddle pin and strip the paint of the front wheel
If you guys have more ideas to make it look better please tell me so

Looks good to me. i like the bars you have in the first picture. Maybe try them with a downward facing goose neck. This will lower and push the handle bars forward. Might make it a little less cramped depending on your girth, LOL
